| As an important part to the evaluation of oil and gas engineering, Logging is animportant branch of geophysics in the process of oil and gas exploration anddevelopment which involves reservoir physics, reservoir physical properties, fluidproperties, testing technology and instruments and so on, it’s the main technologymean to oil and gas field exploration and development. In logging process, themeasurement parts of the logging equipment need to tightly stick the wall to get thevarious strata physical data, and the geolock is an integral part as source of powerof the logging equipment and the device’s output characteristic is a key factor torestrict the logging depth and the quality. At present domestic logging equipmenthas some problems such as single function, poor resistance to high temperature andhigh pressure and less logging depth and so on, there are a lot of advanced foreignoil well logging companies launched a lot of super deep well measuring equipments,but because of barriers to trade and technology blockade, it is difficult for us to getadvanced logging technology from them.Therefore, it is particularly important todevelop new geolock which has great significance to our country’s loggingindustry.Firstly, this dissertation present an overall design scheme of bidirectionalhydraulic drive system, and make particular describe to the design key points ofvarious parts of the system, use a closed tank system which can change its volume,through the pressure balance device solves the effects of high temperature and highpressure to the system. In the process of design, this dissertation analysis theinfluence of high temperature and high pressure to system’s structure of stress andpresent the solutions.Secondly, in order to realize localization, this dissertation carry on the designand calculation of the miniature hydraulic components used in the system such asplunger pump, solenoid valve and auxiliary valve components, and make particulardescribe to the design of electromagnetic valve. Design of electromagnetic valvemainly includes the whole structure design, Fluent analysis of the valve port flowcharacteristic, coil design and calculation and checking, and the stress checking of the key mechanical components.Then, this dissertation design the control scheme of the hydraulic system,including the overall control, software control scheme and the electric control of allelectrical components, analyze the influence of high temperature on the circuit andfind the solutions.Finally, this dissertation complete the assembly of the whole system, carry onthe ground test and operation and high temperature and high pressure test ofdownhole. the test results show that the design of hydraulic drive system meets thedesign requirements, and which has reached the expected use of indicators. |
