Geographical Information Service is generated by the rapid development of GIS andInternet technology. It can provide real-time, rich location information which related servicesto the Internet users. Public Geographical Information Service is the product of socialdevelopment of Geographical Information Service, which is for the public, in order to providea variety of Geographical Information Service to the public based on professional, flexibleand varied ways. At present, many departments have tried to apply Public GeographicalInformation Service in the practice and have achieved positive results. However, the GIS datais the important issues of GIS. The issues of the difficult of data processing and it can’t beapplied flexibly are Public Geographical Information Service. Taking into account the practicality of three-dimensional geographicinformation system, so the design of the public system is the use of two dimensionalintegration technology, complete system requirements analysis, architecture design, detaileddesign, coding, and run the various stages of the work.
