The Study And Application For Valuation Methods Of Reclamation Impact On Marine Resources

Reclamation is an important way for people to extend survival and living spaceunder land-use tension circumstances in the coastal city. With the graduallyaccelerating process of urbanization, more and more coastal city began to carry outthe large-scale reclamation development activities. The use patterns of reclamationchanges gradually in the direction of diversification from industry, agriculture andport construction. Although it has brought enormous economic and social benefits, atthe same time it brings serious damage to the marine environment and marineresources. In this context, it is urgent to study marine resources under the influence ofreclamation engineering, and make the scientific,rational evaluation of retrospectiveor predictive of the suitability of various reclamation.This paper mainly introduces the development situation of domestic and externalreclamation initial development activities and impact on marine resources. It makesresearch on Evaluation of marine resources and studys on the extent of the impact onthe marine resources. This paper is based on five types of ports, waterways, fisheries,tourism, space and other resources research elements. It applys analytic hierarchyprocess combined with the comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate thedevelopment of reclamation. This paper puts forward a relatively completereclamation impact assessment system and analysis Tianjin Binhai New AreaReclamation situation，it provides scientific supports to the sustainable use of marineresources and coordination of social economic development.The eharacteristic of this paper are centralizing in these aspects:(1) Evaluation model is based on multi-objective decision theory to build thereclamation impact assessment model on marine resources foundation, including theselection of evaluation index, the establishment of evaluation index system, the choiceof empowering methods, quantitative evaluation and standardization, thecomprehensive evaluation method and evaluation standards.(2) Applys Microsoft Visual Basic6.0to develop the reclamation on the marine resources impact assessment system and optimizes the multi-objective decisionmaking and planning management to facilitate visualization.(3)Analysis Tianjin Binhai New Area Reclamation situation and sums up thereclamation impacts on the marine environment and marine resources combined withprevious results. Quantify and standard evaluation factors of s Tianjin Binhai NewArea Reclamation. Determine the index weight and get the final results of theevaluation on comprehensive evaluation.
