1.Schismus arabicus Neesseeds is annual spring ephemeral plants, it is early springephemeral plants in desert and steppe vegetation layer is an important part of, has the importantfunction of sand covering, and sand prevention effect is remarkable. Sand buried in the research ofSchismus arabicus Neesseeds germination effect found in the experiments: the Schismus arabicusNeesseeds germination rate in different sand buried depth showed significant difference (P <0.01),exposed on the surface of the Schismus arabicus Neesseeds germination rate is not high, the rateof germination and dormancy is on the high side. Sand buried depth of0.5cm when germinationrate is highest, from1to4cm as the increase of buried depth, the seed germination rate graduallydecreased. From6-12cm basic is zero, the germination rate of seed difference was not significant.Schismus arabicus Neesseeds germination rate in different sand buried depth showed significantdifference (P <0.01),0.51cm cm sand buried depth when the highest germination rate, from1to4cm as the increase of buried depth, the seed germination rate is gradually reduced. From6-12cm basic is zero, the germination rate of seed difference was not significant.2.Based on morphology and proliferation characteristics, observe and germination test of L.Semiglabra with two type seeds were studied. Results show that the small thorns nuts and shortprickles nuts long thorn, significant differences hundred grain weight, spike small nutspredominate in the spread, the propagation distance and seed germination rate of seed arepositively related. Germination rate of the two also exist significant differences, and small thornsnuts for short spines nuts germination inhibition. Alien seeds dormancy, germination, short spinessmall nuts on germination rate under different temperature changes smaller, extend the storagetime could improve seed germination rate. L. Semiglabra seed type2expanded seed germinationtime range, increase fitness to the environmental conditions, conducive to settle down in highlysuccessful in harsh environments and reproduction.3.In the environmental quality of the parent plant for offspring germination rate ofexperiments, we found that2011,2012, two years of rainfall were similar, less rainfall is slightlyin2012. General community biomass in dry processing is less than controlled trials, but thedifference was not significant. Controlled trials in the general community biomass is less than wetprocessing test, significant differences. Through the correlation analysis shows that total rainfalland the community in general there is no significantly correlation between aboveground biomass,dry processing plant biomass impact is not big, but the wet processing can greatly increase thebiomass of plants. Schismus arabicus Neesseeds and Eremopyrum orientale germination rate ishighest in dry wheat straw in dry processing, and control and germination rate were significantlydifference in wet processing, and the contrast experiment and wet processing the germination rateof no significant difference. Eremurus inderiensis (M. Bieb.) Regel under the three treatmentgermination rate changed little, and the difference was not significant.
