Effects Of Different Treatments On Seed Germination Of Three Ancient Mediterranean Relict Plants In Western Ordos

Ammopiptanthus mongolicus,Amygdalus mongolicus and tyrannosa mongolicus are the main species of relict plant communities in the ancient Mediterranean region of Western Ordos.It is difficult to renew them under natural conditions.How to promote their renewal and increase the forest coverage under these difficult site conditions is the key bottleneck technology that needs to be broken through in their natural distribution areas.In this thesis,the ecological conditions of the natural regeneration of the seeds were simulated by experiments,and the seed coating experiments were carried out on this basis,so as to provide technical support for the artificial promotion of the regeneration of the three ancient Mediterranean relict plants.The following thesis focus on this idea to carry out the relevant content and result analysis1.the soil bulk density,grain size composition and soil moisture content in different locations are all different.Overall,the top of soil bulk density dunes in different parts is > flat land between hills > leeward side > windward side.The natural water content,saturated water content,capillary water holding capacity and field water holding capacity are the best among hills,respectively,2.65%,24.58%,23.21%and 19.70%.The infiltration depth of rainfall in soil is positively correlated with rainfall.The maximum infiltration depth of 1mm,2mm,5mm,10 mm,15mm and20 mm rainfall is 2.43 cm,3.52 cm,6.00 cm,9.59 cm,15.83 cm and 19.12 cm respectively.2.the best way to deal with the peel of the seeds of the holly,almond and overlord is to remove the peel;the best temperature for the germination of the seeds is25?,the most suitable temperature for the germination of the almond seeds is 20?,the temperature of the best for the germination of the overlord seeds is 25?;the sand burial depth of the most suitable seeds is 0.5cm,and the most suitable sand depth for the germination of the almond seeds is 0.5cm The soil moisture content of the best for germination of Eupatorium mongolica seeds is 20%,the soil moisture content which is most suitable for the germination of almond seeds of Mongolia is 25%,and the soil moisture content of the best for the germination of overlord seeds is 20%.3.the best film forming agent for seed germination of holly is 1.00% chitosan,the best one is 0.30% chitosan,and the best one is 0.10% chitosan.gibberellin with400mg/l is the best regulator for seed germination of holly,50mg/l gibberellin is the most suitable growth regulator for almond seed germination,and 50mg/l gibberellin is the most suitable growth regulator for the germination of overlord seeds.the best insecticide for germination of holly mongolica seeds is 0.15g/ml of carbendazim,the best one is avermectin diluted 4000 times,and the best insecticide for germination of overlord seeds is 0.20g/ml.the best water holding agent concentration for the germination of the seeds of holly mongolica is 1%,the best one is 1%,and the best one is 1%.
