Weather has great influence on agriculture,forestry,industry,traffic,military affairs,People get the weather information through text messages,television,Internet and other media. In order to meet the timeliness of weather information and effective demand,this paper designs a wireless weather forecast alarm,provides timely weather forecast and warning of special information in public places.Wireless weather alarm is mainly composed of S3C6410main control board,3G module and software system,to complete the wireless receiving and processing of temperature,humidity,wind direction and wind and other meteorological data.This paper mainly introduces the hardware circuit of S3C6410control panel,software design,and the application of C4.5decision tree algorithm in classification assessment of weather warning.In order to optimize the system,the main control board consists of the Samsung S3C6410microprocessor, AC97audio, the LCD touch screen and USB interface and other peripheral equipment components.The board is used for weather data wireless receiving from Web service, and the weather data is displayed in the LCD touch screen.This paper completed the S3C6410main control board, transplants U-boot, Android system.Through the analysis of the project requirements,complete the construction of the software system. The software design mainly includes three modules of the Android user interface design,data processing and data communication,using Java programming language,according to the weather data received by the SOAP protocol analysis, using the C4.5decision tree algorithm to solve the classification problem of alarm, wirelessthe weather alarm receiving real-time weather data, weather forecast for the next three days and abnormal weather warnings.According to the historical weather data, using the K-fold cross validation method for evaluation of alarm decision tree classification model,the correct rate is92.5926%,Wireless Weather alarm hardware and software are tested, results show that to achieve the purpose of system design,the weather warnings classification algorithm has a good feasibility.
