In this paper, using the immunohistochemical ABC method, for extremelySalamandrella keyserlingii postembryonic development larva gastrointestinal in5-HTpositive cells,GAS positive cells and SS positive cells were studied, the results showedthat:The5-HT positive cells first in gastrointestinal41in Salamandrella keyserlingiipostembryonic development larva was found. At the beginning of the discovery, because the digestive tube growth are not completed, the5-HT positive cells base ofdistributed in the epithelium, most for enclosed circular or elliptic cells. Along with thegradually development of digestive tube, the5-HT positive cells between epithelial cellsand acinar epithelial cells have also been distributed, following A round5-HT positivecells, and successively appeared in cone-shape, spindle and the flask open cell.Thissituation happened, may be because the5-HT stimulate gastric peristalsis andincreased mucus secretion, good for gastrointestinal better digestion and absorption offood.Originally found in Salamandrella keyserlingii postembryonic development periodof41gastric bowel GAS cell, distributed in the epithelium at base. With the continuousimprovement of the digestive tube of tissue development, between epithelial cell andgland epithelium have appeared in the GAS cell. GAS cells configuration is diversified, successively appear oval, water droplets form, cone-shape and flack type GAS cell, which is given priority to with open cell. This may be due to extremely BeiNi larvalgrowth and development needs of food intake increased gradually, the stomach secreteis conducive to promote the growth of gastric mucosa and gastric acid secretion, so as toenhance gastrointestinal movement.Somatostatin (SS) cells earliest was detected in42Salamandrella keyserlingiipostembryonic development larva of the gastrointestinal tract. In postembryonicdevelopment process, the number of SS cells found no increased significantly. On thecell morphology, part is closed, the part is open. Embryonic period of SS cells onlyscattered, probably because in the process of embryonic development to boost the growth hormone content more, and too much somatostatin inhibits the secretion of thesehormones.
