The study was carried out with the methods of histology, electric microscope and immunohistochemical ways. It contains tissue and structure of the stomach and intestine of Naja naja, orientation of the endocrine cell in it.The stomach and intestine of Naja naja can be divided into four layers, in order, they are mucous membrane, submucosa, lamina muscularis and fibrosa. The lamina muscularis of stomach is strong, the ratio of circular mucosae and longitudinal mucosae is 15 I 1. Fundic glands of stomach is simple gland or branched tubular gland, cardiac gland is branched tubular gland, pylorie gland is vesicular gland, mucous cell in the fundic gland of stomachs cardiac gland and pylorie gland all secrete neutral mucous. Cells of fundic gland of stomach can be divided into three types, the one type is chief cell, the second type is mucous cell, and the third type is endocrine cell. Under the electric microscope, there is abundant rough endoplasmic reticulum(RER), golgi complex and mitochondria in the cytoplasm of the chief cell, but there is also some smooth endoplasmic reticulum(SER) and microtubule in the cytoplasm. So we support the view that this type cell secretes the digestive enzyme and hydrochloric acid (HCL). There is not tunica muscularis mucosae and intestinal gland in the small intestine . The intestinal fold is abundant and strong. Intestinal mucosa is made up of three types of cell: gobletcell . endocrine cell and absorptive cell, under the electric microscope, there is much mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticulum(RER) in the absorptive cell. Argentophit cell can be found in each segment of the stomach and intestine, among them, the most positive cells were observed in the pyloric gland, the second is fundic gland of stomach. In the immunohistochemical localization study, D-cells lie in the whole digestive tract, the most D-cell presents in stomach; G-cell is the most in the pyloric gland of stomach; A-cell is found only in the stomach and small intestine accidentally.
