In order to strengthen national security and social stability, using the fingerprinting instrument to achieve fingerprint identification, authentication, security, fraud prevention and detection, etc.. The object mainly research the manufacture of short-wavelength pass filter with UV fingerprint device. According to the optical film principle, TiO2 and SiO2 are chosen as the film materials. Specified to the wavelength from 380nm to 800nm transmitted, we use Macleod software to optimize the film systems. Vacuum depositing method with the aid of ion assistant deposition systems is adopted, through optimizing technical parameters, reducing thickness error,testing the spectrum characteristic with UV-3150 spectrophotometer. Short-Wavelength Pass Filter is successfully deposited on the substrate of K9. It conforms to the environmental stability standards, completely meets the demands of UV fingerprint device.
