Analysis Of Pattern And Productive Forces On Hulunbeier In Inner Mongolia Municipality

This paper has studied on Hulunbeir League.According to the Software technology platform of ArcGIS, the data of vegetation index NDVI of Hulunbeir League during1981-2007as the basic date, analyze the changing regularity of vegetation status and vegetation growth potential of Hulunbeier league, extract the low productive forces areas, analyze that how to raise the productive forces, in order to improve the regional vegetation productivity,and then improve the ability of regional carbon sequestration.The results:1. The vegetation distribution pattern of the space suggested that the most ideal state of plants growth appear to the increasing trend from west to east When the vegetation of Hulunbeier league is in the best state, there is no plaque of0value. There are no obvious regularity of the distribution of the worst growth state of plants growth. When the vegetation of Hulunbeier league is in the worst state, there are large exposed areas up to1004.86square kilometers.2. Vegetation growth potential of middle areas is small, and the vegetation growth potential of west areas is high. Over all, the vegetation growth potential is small gradually form west to east. In small vegetation potential areas, the land use types are grassland and forest. In big vegetation potential areas, the land use types are lake, lake beach, wetland and construction land.3. Low production areas of Hulunbeir League mainly distribute in Old Barag Banner、Hailar、Evenk Autonomous Banner、Arxan%Manchuria、New Barag Right Banner、New Barag Left Banner and ZaLaiTeQi area of the western region of Hulunbeir League.
