This thesis is a systematic research about the customer satisfaction with rural tourist in Shanghai based on abundant paper and empirical research. First, the author analyses the concepts of customer satisfaction, gives a summarize study of Customer Satisfaction Theory and sums up the achievements of the national and foreign scholars. Next, the author introduces the present broadly applied Customer Satisfaction Models and gives an analysis about their advantage and disadvantage. Taking the characteristics of Shanghai rural tourist attraction into consideration, then the author puts forward a creative model of Rural Tourism Customer Satisfaction Index (RTCSI), takes the rural area of Shanghai as an example for an empirical analysis by means of SPSS software. This study indicates there are positive liner correlations of customer perceived performance, perceived value, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. At last, the author comes out the results through statistics analyses, and puts forward some useful suggestions and implications on the rural tourism development in Shanghai rural area, and mentions about the limitation of the study. |
