Planning Method Study And Case Analysis Of Xinjiang Logistics Parks

By in-depth analysis to the features of Xinjiang logistics industry development the planning status quoof Xinjiang logistics parks, this thesis identified the main problems in Xinjiang Logistics Park Planning,pointed out that Xinjiang Logistics Park Planning can not copy the ones of domestic developed areas andforeign countries. The planning approach should be based on Xinjiang location, industry characteristics andtraffic characteristics. By analysis to the influencing factors of Xinjiang logistics parks’ planning, the thesisdetermined the main factors that affect the logistics park planning; by using Analytic Hierarchy Processmodel, this thesis determined the development positioning and construction types of Xinjiang logisticsparks; based on the analysis to planning technical theory of logistics parks, the thesis provided the planningtechniques that were applicable to Xinjiang logistics parks. It was proposed to apply "5W1H" method toXinjiang logistics park’s planning, and the thesis pointed out that Xinjiang logistics park’s planning shouldfocus on why to build a logistics park (why), building what kind of logistics park (what), where to build alogistics park (where), who is going to build a logistics park (who), when to build the logistics park (when),how to build a logistics park (how).5W1H answered the problems of logistics needs driving force,positioning, location, construction owner, construction sequence and construction mode of logistics parks.By incorporating the foreign logistics parks’ planning methods and domestic main planning modes, thisthesis developed a set of theoretical models and planning methods that are applicable to Xinjiang logisticspark planning, and used this model to the planning of the Integrated Logistics Park in the eastern ofChangji city to verify the guiding role of the planning theory to the Xinjiang logistics park’s planning, andverify this planning method has good applicability and usefulness in Xinjiang.
