Green industry chain makes each link of the whole industry value chain realize the green development and ensures that the development of industry is adapt to the natural development and social development.It can reap short-term benefits without sacrificing long-term interests,establish the connection of the upper,middle and lower stages of the industry and finally achieve the sustainable industrial development.Underground mine will become the main method of prospecting and mining of metal mine in the future.This kind of mining and production mode is mainly restricted by geological environment and resource endowment which has a profound impact on the sustainable development of mine.At present,the green industry chain theory of underground mines lacks systematic research,which can not meet the needs of the practice of green mining development.On the one hand,establishing the construction model of green industrial chain of underground metal mines is an important and urgent research topic to enrich and develop the economic theory of resource industry and guide the development practice of green mining.On the other hand,it is of great significance for the sustainable development of the mine and even the whole mining industry to analyze the main geological environment problems in the process of mine construction and development,and to construct a sustainable green development model.Based on the actual investigation,some methods were comprehensively used in the paper for a systematically research,such as collecting sufficient data,the systemic analysis method,the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the 3D numerical simulation and the combination of empirical analysis and normative analysis.The related theories of the theory of sustainable development,such as generation and development,definition,connotation and principles were introduced in this paper.The research status of sustainable development of underground mines in China and abroad,and the status of the implementation of sustainable development strategy of underground metal mines in China were analyzed.Taking Xulou iron mine for a typical example,the latest techniques about the sustainable development of underground mines based on geological environment were comprehensively studied.Finally,the sustainable development model of Xulou iron mine was constructed from the point of view on green industrial chains.The following conclusions have been reached:(1)Based on the research status of sustainable development of underground mines in China and abroad,the status of the implementation of sustainable development strategy of underground metal mines in China emphatically were analyzed.The concept and characteristics of green industry economy and green industry chain are systematically defined.(2)From the perspective of geological environment,the influence and importance of the geological environment on the sustainable development were analyzed and the decision-making process for sustainable mining of underground metal mines was proposed.Combining the theory of green industry chain construction,this paper presented a construction model of green industrial chain in underground metal mines,which provides the theoretical basis and technical path for the sustainable development and management of underground mines.(3)Taking the Xulou iron mine in Anhui province for an example,the present situation and resource status of the geological environment condition of Xulou iron mine are identified and analyzed through the field investigation of geological environment conditions.Based on analysis on the influence factors on the sustainalbe exploitation in the Xulou iron mine,three green industry chains are proposed: the groundwater prevention and water resources utilization,the underground stress control and efficient extraction,and the tailings integrated utilization.Thus the sustainable development model of mining in Xulou is comprehensively constructed,which provides a new way of thinking and technology for the green mines building and sustainable development of underground iron mines.(4)The technologies of green industrial chains of Xulou iron mine was preliminarily constructed.The construction scheme,supporting role and application effects involving the tunnel geological advanced prediction technology,the groundwater prevention and control technique,the numerical simulation technology on the deformation and failure of the surrounding rock,the dynamic monitoring technologies and control on the ground subsidence,and the recovery and utilization of tailings and filling technologies in the practice of sustainable development of Xulou were deeply analyzed and evaluated,which provides an important basis for the construction and application of green technology in the karst water-rich mine in plain.
