| The national "12th Five-Year Plan" proceeds the in-depth development of industrialization urbanization and agricultural modernization, in order to promote agriculture and rural city with a long-term mechanism, increase the intensity of benefiting the agriculture, improve the level of modernization of agriculture and farmersstandard of living, and build beautiful homes for farmers and let them live happy life. Strengthening construction of villages and towns is an important means to promote rural economic development and increase farmers’ income, to improve and enhance the quality of farmers livings. I interned in Xiuning Construction Committe and participate in the base training plan, and research on the main village and town construction management.Whether villages and towns are good or not directly restricts the pace of economic and social development of rural areas, impacts on the living standards of the peasants. The appearance of towns and villages is a direct reflection of the level of their development and the degree of civilization. In this thesis, I focus the importance on the actual situation of the management of Xiuning villages and towns with the theory thought of urban-rural integration and ecological planning and design. The thesis consists of six parts. The first chapter is the introduction, briefly introducing the background and significance construction of villages and towns of Xiuning. Chapter Ⅱ is a list of research and related theory of the towns and villages, and introduces urban-rural integration theory and ecological planning and design theory. Chapter Ⅲ is the main focus, which elaborates on the status of the village and town construction management and focuses on the three aspects of the planning and management, infrastructure management and environmental management. In chapter Ⅲ, I summed up achievements in those three areas in recent years and problems in the construction of planning, management, regulatory, environmental and contradictions. In Chapter Ⅳ, I summarized the successful experience of the village and town construction and management at home and abroad, mainly cited two typical examples of the UK and Jiangsu and Zhejiang in this chapter, and finally summarized the domestic and international experience in the construction on the basis of two examples with reference to the relevant literature. In chapter V, I drew on the successful experience at home and abroad, analyzing the problems, put forward feasible countermeasures on the basis of Xiuning actual situation and further and explore a line for the construction of new towns and villages with the local culture heritage management mode in their actual situation,. The sixth chapter is the conclusion. I summarize the contents of this article and shortcomings, and expect to overcome these deficiencies, improve the theories and methods of the study, and provide reference for the village and town construction in China practice research in future studies. |
