The second chapter is Lujiang county Taiwan farmers’ pioneer park basic situation of land circulation, including the origin of Lujiang Taiwan farmers pioneer park, introduction and table of the key projects and garden land area, population, income, etc. The third chapter is land circulation patterns of Taiwan farmers’ pioneer park and the analysis interests that involves. This chapter is to introduce the innovation flow pattern of Taiwan pioneer park. It can be divided into mandatory input flow, organization involved in circulation and the folk spontaneous flow innovation flow pattern. The fifth chapter is to resolve contradictions and disputes of land circulation mechanism, the author provide some suggestions through the investigation and analysis, such as full respect for farmers’ interests, perfecting the social security, and exploring more land circulation patterns. The most fundamental is to develop a conform to the reality of our country land circulation system.
