With the adjustment of the industrial structure of the world economy, Services trade is gradually becoming pillars of the trading areas of the world. Tourism trade in services has become the fastest growing, most fierce momentum, which spread to the widest range of services trade, more and more attracted the world attention. Compared with other countries in the world, China’s tourism industry started late, but developing rapidly. Tourism resources in Henan Province is also abundant, Henan is widely known as a "museum of Chinese history and culture" too, ranking first in the country and the second in the underground cultural relics and ground relics respectively. Henan Province has established a strategy of "Tourism Vertical Province", since2009it has been successed in some city, such as "Jiaozuo Phenomenon","Luanchuan mode "," Xixia experience ",and the famous tourism development model,"Zheng Bianluo San Dian Yi Xian" along yellow culture tour, and "line landscape tour","Volt cattle ecological tour", these tourism brands can be seen that Henan Province, has initially out of the way of development of the one belonging to the Henan special tourism.But confronting with the tourism industry has begun to take shape, the tourism industry developped in Henan province also faces new opportunities and challenges, and if we wants realiazed tourism resources in Henan province to "Strong Tourism Province" changes, it is necessary to enhance the competitive advantages of tourism resources. To a concrete analysis of Henan province tourism service trade, the paper begins with an analysis of the present situation of Henan province tourism service trade, characteristics, problems, and according to Porter’s diamond model, build a more detailed and consistent with Henan province tourism service trade of real models, helps us to more comprehensive and objective understanding of Henan province tourism service trade’s comparative advantage and disadvantage. Secondly based on the factors influencing the tourism service trade’s model and internal relations, introduced the evaluation of Henan province tourism service trade of the strength of the three indices:inbound tourism service trade in domestic market share, reflects the net exports of tourism services competitive advantage and index, which reflects the proportion of exports of revealed comparative advantage index; Finally, on the basis of comprehensive analysis, proposing some strategies to improve the competitiveness of Henan province tourism service trade:Further exploitation of the resources, taking the road of sustainable development of ecological civilization; Positioning the relationship among Enterprises, Markets, Governments and Tourists accurately; Improving workers service capability, especially tourist guide, building online evaluation and incentive mechanisms. Keeping pace with policy support opportunities, perfecting infrastructure facilities construction of modern tourism. Following the modern tourist road via latest information, networking and collectivize development.
