Study On Comprehensive Evaluation Of Urban And Rural Integration Development

As we all knows, since the reform and opening up, with the development of China’s social and economic sustained and rapid, the overall level of income of urban and rural residents continued to improve. From an objective point of view, redistribution and adjustment of income increase will cause economic interests among different interests groups, which leads to the gap between rich and poor social stratum gradually increases. In order to solve this problem, narrowing the wealth gap between urban and rural residents, it is an inevitable trend to the development of urban and rural integration. But from the perspective of economics point of view, nowadays, many countries, especially the developing countries like China, in the urban and rural integrated development process still exist many problems. Therefore, this paper is based on the selected21indicators, using analytic network process (ANP) composite index factor method and GIS technique based on the evaluation, and the quantitative analysis to evaluate the development level of integration of urban and rural areas of Gansu province. Through the analysis, we can conclusion, draw the overall level of development of urban and rural integration in Gansu province is not high. At the same time, it also shows, in the province of Gansu region, between different regions also are at different stages of development in urban and rural areas. Among them, LAN Zhou city and Jiayuguan City in the optimization stage of development of urban and rural integration; Jin Chang City, Jiu Quan City, Qing Yang City, Tian Shui and Ping Liang are in the diffusion stage; Bai Yin, Wu Wei city and Ding Xi city in the initial stage of integration of urban and rural areas; Zhang Ye City, Long Nan City, Lin Xia and Gan Nan are in preparation stage of the development of urban and rural integration. But we also can be seen, it is closely related to Gansu province development level and the level of economic development regions in the integration of urban and rural, the economic of two structure each state is determined by the spatial distribution of the spatial pattern of urban and rural integration. Facing with the present situation of the development level is not high, this article also puts forward to promote the development of urban and rural integration measures in Gansu province.
