Research On The Feasibility And Decision Of Human Resource Management Outsourcing Of H Company

For much of China’s enterprises dominated by manufacturing enterprises andnowadays human resources outsourcing of manufacturing enterprises is still in its infancytentative stage. In this paper a case study of H enterprises for empirical research.According to the analysis of the characteristics of this enterprise to study the feasibility ofthis type of manufacturing enterprise human resources outsourcing and related outsourcingdecision and provide a reference for human resource outsourcing in manufacturingenterprises in China.First, the article studies the background, significance, purpose and the main areas of thearticle and a summary of the current of study at home and abroad on human resourcemanagement outsourcing. Then the article discusses the basic theory of human resourcemanagement outsourcing, such as the basic theory of resources, the core competitive powertheory, the transaction cost theory, principal-agent theory, social exchange theory.
