| This thesis choose Liannan Yao Zu Autonomous County as the research case,and by using the Theory of Property Rights and Residual Claims to research therights allocation condition. And combining the theory of determination of the rightsand interests allocation is reasonable. The results of the study concluded that LiannanCounty tourism resources status quo is not reasonable. Based on the theory putforward some Suggestions, in order to better promote the healthy and harmoniousdevelopment of tourism economy in national regions. Whole thesis consists of fourparts altogether:The first chapter, introduction. Introduced the thesis research background,significance, purpose, research methods and main innovation points.The second chapter, literature review. The author mainly from the following fiveaspects were summarized. First, the concept of residual claims and summarized;Second, on the role of residual claims in national tourism development weresummarized; Third, the concept and function of property rights in the fourth, toreview the role of property rights in national tourism development; Fifth, equityallocation of national tourism resource development literature research.The third chapter, the case analysis. Liannan Yao Zu Autonomous County as acase, this article selects the Liannan County tourism resources, and we know a subjectgroup, on the basis of field investigation, even no resources property rightsarrangement and allocation of residual claims, the essay discusses present situation,then carries on the analysis.The fourth chapter, According to the third chapter, this article reached aconclusion that the rights and interests allocation are not reasonable. According to theconclusions, this paper puts forward related Suggestions. Finally, points out thedeficiency existing in this study and further research direction in the future. |
