| This thesis is dedicated to adjusting and optimizing the national income distributionstructure,by studying the problem of the distribution of income "two proportion". Thestructure of national income distribution mainly refers to the proportion of incomedistribution of residents, enterprises and governments of the three income.If thestructural imbalance in the distribution of national income, will cause great negativeimpact on the macro economy.The current structure of national income distributionimbalance, not only reflected in the income in the national income accounts for theproportion is too low, but also embodied in the labor remuneration in primarydistribution proportion.The low "two proportion" is not only the direct erosion valueproduction base, and will cause the fault value production and value realization,threatening the sustained economic development.To account for the low proportion ofincome in national income distribution, in addition to redistribution, ownership,empirical test shows, more important is the low proportion of labor remuneration inprimary distribution.The low proportion of labor remuneration in primarydistribution,on the one hand, the reason is the change of industrial structure,adjustment of ownership and other general,on the other hand, there is excessivedependence on the causes of low cost growth this particularity.Therefore,nationalincome distribution structure adjustment and optimization, need to improve theprimary distribution of labor compensation proportion.At the same time, in addition tolabor remuneration, increase in capital income is an important way to increase theincome of residents accounted for the proportion of the national incomedistribution.Therefore, need to continue to deepen reform of the income distributionsystem, strive to go beyond the dependence on low cost growth, promote thetransformation and upgrading of the industrial structure and improve governmentredistribution adjustment mechanism. |
