China’s bank-insurance cooperation mode is mainly low-level distribution agreement,in the process of development appeared a loose cooperation mode, product homogeneity,misleading sales and other issues. Especially "certificates of deposit insurance policy" salesmisleading problem, not only harm the rights of consumers, and damage to the image ofthe banking and insurance. Regulators to safeguard the rights and interests of consumers,restore image between industry, introducing new rules on Banks and insurance companies.Introduced new rules of the Banks and insurance companies to a certain extent, cansolve the problem of misleading sales, make bank-insurance business in the managementmore standardized and orderly, also indirectly promote the change of bank insurancedevelopment mode in our country. But the new rules on Banks and insurance is not forChina’s bank-insurance cooperation mode and the guidance of sales model for clarity,mode of distribution agreement is still the main mode of cooperation between Banks andinsurance at the present stage in China. And the stationary point of the original sales modelhas been cancelled, which creates a disconnect on the cooperation model and sales model.Many existing problems such as product homogeneity, profits and fees payment has notbeen properly solved.To solve the new rules on Banks and insurance companies introduced China’s bankinsurance problems still existing and new problems that may occur. In this paper,Suggestions on optimizing the existing mode of distribution agreement, match withprofessional sales model to do support, gradual development to strategic alliance mode. Inaddition to sales issues such as misleading and product homogeneity, put forward tostrengthen product development and sales staff training, at the same time, strengtheninginsurance knowledge propaganda work, in many ways to build a suitable bank insurancedevelopment environment.
