Since the last century the mid 90 s introduced from abroad,the bank insurance sales model,bank insurance has developed rapidly,has become an important channel for sales of life insurance companies,and individual business,group business to become the three pillars of the life insurance company.Along with the social economy to develop,supervision of the CBRC and CIRC and other related departments to increase system,and regulatory policy of continuous improvement,the development of the insurance business of banks in our country has many problems,vicious competition intensified.The Henan branch of TK bank and insurance business after thirteen years of development,has maintained a rapid growth trend,become Henan bancassurance market banner.This paper is based on author branch bank insurance department four years of work experience and thinking in TK Henan,combined with the actual situation of the theory of knowledge and the TK Henan branch,on the "a bank insurance business",to explore the theme of bancassurance development environment and the existing problems,and puts forward some suggestions of reasonable countermeasures to promote the healthy development of the bancassurance business.In this paper clarifies the research background and significance,research content and framework,research methods,from the business development,sales channels of cooperation,the flagship product,discusses the status and development of TK Henan branch of the bank insurance business problems in the sales team,mainly has: the lag channel mode of cooperation,lack of product innovation the degree of specialization,the sales staff is low,low production capacity,in support of the development is not balanced.The reasons for these problems are in many aspects,such as the external environment and the impact of regulatory policy system,increasing industry competition intensified,the fee issues outstanding,the company's internal management needs to be strengthened with TK.The actual development of Henan branch,puts forward the feasible countermeasures: strengthen the internal risk management and diversification of banking channels,innovation and transformation of bank insurance products,bank insurance fine management and professional training,practicing the development strategy of TK Henan branch company.To promote bancassurance development,there is still a large jump the company itself to constant exploration and innovation,to establish a solid strategic partnership with the bank,practice the company's medical support strategy and high customer strategy,gradually improve their core competitiveness,to realize the transformation of channels and business models.
