Research On Capital Centralized Management Mode Of S Province Postal Corporation Based On "Cash Pooling" Mode

Capital is the "blood" in corporate management, meanwhile, dequate stock, reasonable structure and smooth use of capital is an important guarantee for companies to grow and achieve strategic objectives. How to strengthen capital management and improve capital operational efficiency has become a top priority of corporate financial management and a core content in corporate management. At present,to various degrees,dispersed system, lax monitoring and inefficient use in Capital management system exists in some domestic enterprises.Throughout the developing history of large enterprise groups home and abroad, modern information and network technology were needed in funds central management, in order to promote the ability of control, cooperation and sharing in corporation capital management.The thesis analyzes the status of capital management in S Province postal corporation thouroughly and suggests that the "Cash Pooling" mode based on advanced business online banking service should be adopted, by comparing the optional capital centralized management modes, in order to promote capital management in S Province Postal Corporation effectively. The following aspects are highlighted in the application of this mode:the subordinate city and county units are only allowed to open income and expenditure account,based on the agreements between provincial postal corporation and cooperative banks; via online enterprise banking system, realize the collection of daily revenue of subsidiaries and manage to zero-balance enterprise accounts with daylight overcredit which is covered at day end level by level, so that province-wide capital can be congregated; thus, a scientific, operable central management system can be constructed which meets the need of S Province Postal Corporation’s development, to maximize the regulation of capital surplus and deficiency, raise efficiency of capital use, and take total advantages of the enterprise.The author has engaged in capital management in S Province Postal Corporation for many years, and deeply understand the history and current status of her capital control system. Then, based on existing theoretical system of capital centralized management and the development of centralized management mode in enterprises home and abroad, this thesis combines theory with practice, according to characteristics of provincial postal bussiness and needs of inner management. Finally, the author would like to provide practical thoughts for provincial postal enterprises on implementing capital centralized management and some reference and guidance of the provincial postal enterprises.
