Application Research On Centralized Management Mode Of Cross-border Capital Pool Of ME Machinery Group

Since the Third Plenary Session of the eleven plenary session of 1978, opening up as a basic national policy of China, has gone through thirty-eight years of development process. In the past few decades, with the opening of China's economic and social reform, and now, China's economy is more developed, and trade networks are all over the world.We know that opening-up policy not only opened up the domestic businesses'horizons, also introduced foreign capital and advanced management experience of foreign companies.With foreign companies'taking root,there is more and more multinational corporations operating in China.Multinational corporation is one of the most important forms engaged in cross-border trade in the world,and it is an important bridge connecting the world. At the same time, as a multinational enterprise group, whose focus is on the management of the Group's financial management, while the capital maintaining the absolute power of a business daily operations, financial management is at a top priority.Therefore, whether the multinational corporation's fund management is effective, determines whether the enterprise will have a healthy growth and sustained development. A rise of the funding pool mode in middle period of the eighties of the last century,as an innovative fund centralized management mode, makes the funding pool mode can not only solve the fund centralized management of trans regional enterprise group, but also share financial resources between each other and reduce the financial cost of the whole group through internal financing.At the same time, the development of the internationalization of the RMB is also the focus we can not ignore. With the outbreak of the financial crisis of 2008, there is a wake-up call to China's regulators, in 2009,the introduction of cross-border trade settlement in RMB and the establishment of RMB clearing bank, RMB offshore center, Shanghai FTA not only reduce the exchange rate risk in the course of trade, also means the international status of RMB has become more and more strong, and the number of overseas Chinese RMB is very considerable.With the deepening of the internationalization of the RMB, how to effectively manage the domestic and foreign RMB funds have become the key issues affecting the efficiency of enterprise management.Therefore, in the background of internationalization of the RMB, this paper takes the ME Machinery Group as the main research object, designed to start from the two aspects of theory and practice, studies the application of centralized management mode of the group cross-border capital pool. Firstly, starting from the domestic and foreign literature review,this paper introduces the content and features of centralized management of funds,then sorts out and sums up the relevant theories of capital pool management mode, through the comparative analysis of several traditional centralized management mode, it is found that the capital pool management mode is the first choice for the group enterprises. Secondly, based on the combination of actual cases and data analysis, the existing pool of RMB funds of ME Machinery Group and the necessity and feasibility of constructing cross-border renminbi funds pool are described and analyzed.we find that cross-border RMB capital pool as an effective cash management solutions, is not only necessary but very feasible.Then, based on available information, this paper gives a brief introduction and analysis of steps, method and operation mechanism of building a cross-border RMB capital pool of ME machinery group.This paper provides support and reference for the improvement of the efficiency and the level of capital centralized management of enterprise group, especially the transnational enterprise group in China. It not only has theoretical significance, but also has important practical value.
