The Interactive Effects Between Environmental Regulation And Technology Innovation Of Enterprise

With the accelerating process of industrialization in China, the conflictbetween environmental protection and economic performance is growing;improving the capability of independent innovation has become the inevitablechoice. Enterprises as the main body of independent innovation should assumesocial responsibility, to achieve a win-win situation of environmental protection andeconomic development through technological innovation.This paper first summarizes the research achievements of domestic andinternational on environmental regulation and technological innovation ofenterprise, and then describes the theoretical basis of the correlation，including thatenvironmental regulation affect the allocation of resources of technologicalinnovation of enterprise and affect enterprises’ technological innovation through theindustrial structure; After analyzing the impact of technological innovation onenvironmental regulation, technological innovation of enterprise mainly through itsown tension, optimizing the industrial structure, impacting environmentalregulation policy formulation as well as the choice of standards and tools in theframework of sustainable development model and corporate social responsibility,thus forming the interaction mechanism of environmental regulation andtechnology innovation of enterprise. Then selecting the sample of large andmedium-sized industrial enterprises in the sample of30provincial-level regionsexcept Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Tibet, to build a fixed-effects panel data model,using statistical software Eviews6.0to estimate the model, demonstrating theimpact of environmental regulations on enterprise technology innovation,introducing the granger test of panel data model to demonstrate the impact oftechnical innovation of enterprise on environmental regulation, then verifying theresults of theoretical analysis from the point of empirical perspective, thatenvironmental regulation significantly affect technological innovation ofenterprise, and technological innovation of enterprise also affect environmental regulation; And then proposing policy recommendations to achieve environmentalprotection and technological innovation of enterprise from the perspective of thestate, enterprises and public.
