| Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous expansion of industrial equipment and enterprises,more and more industrial enterprises are gathering in geographical distribution,and industrial agglomeration can make enterprises in agglomeration areas gain competitive advantages through a correlation effect.However,at the same time,industrial agglomeration also showed many negative externalities.The contradiction between the development of regional economy and environmental protection has been continuously intensified.The report of the 19 th CPC National Congress emphasized the importance of building a beautiful China.What is the level of environmental and technological innovation in a regional enterprise reflects the socialist ecological civilization in the region? In view of this,this article attempts to take the theory of industrial agglomeration as the starting point,analyze the influencing factors of the environmental technology innovation of Chinese enterprises from both theoretical and empirical perspectives,and then provide a theoretical basis for how to optimize the spatial layout of China's industries and improve the level of environmental technology innovation in enterprises in the cluster.in accordance with.This article aims to study the impact of industrial agglomeration in China on the environmental technology innovation of industrial enterprises.First of all,on the basis of expounding the influence mechanism of industrial agglomeration on corporate environmental technology innovation,a theoretical model of industrial agglomeration's impact on corporate environmental technology innovation was built on Romer's expanding endogenous economic growth model,and factors such as industrial agglomeration were analyzed for China.The impact mechanism of corporate environmental technology innovation has drawn the conclusion that industrial agglomeration can promote environmental technology innovation in enterprises.Secondly,we selected 270 city-level panel data for the period 2003-2015 in mainland China.The number of patent applications for environmental technology in industrial enterprises was used as a key indicator.Industrial clustering,investment in fixed assets,foreign direct investment,and industrial pollution emission factors were introduced.Fixed-effect and random-effect static panel data analysis model,two-stage least-squares method,differential GMM and system GMM dynamic panel data analysis model,empirical analysis of the impact and significance of industrial agglomeration on corporate environmental technology innovation.The results show that: On the other hand,from the sample regression results of 270 cities across the country,industrial agglomeration has a significant positive impact on corporate environmental technology innovation;on the other hand,from the sample regression results by region,the industrial agglomeration in the eastern region is related to the corporate environment.Technological innovation has the greatest impact,followed by the central region.However,this effect in the western region is not significant.Finally,on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis results,combined with the basic situation of China's current environmental technology innovation,the paper puts forward policy suggestions for optimizing industrial agglomeration to promote environmental technology innovation in enterprises. |
