Nearly two years after US’s economic crisis and Europe’s sovereign debt crisiserupted,global economic growth and world trade have decelerated sharply. It might have adetrimental impact on developing countries. The confidence of the global capital marketshas suffered a heavy blow, and the prospects for world economic development has thusbeen cast a thick shadow. As economic crisis is putting more pressure on societies at alllevels, the difference between the poor and the rich, and the separation of the two extremegroups are serious in China, the construction and reformation of our pensions system hasbecome the most concern problems of national economy, and which are also focus ofinternational studies. Although the scholars from different subject have had so manydata-rich and high-quality researches from different perspectives, many questions of thepension system construction of China remain unanswered. The time to reform the pensionsystem is limited, and it needs policy determination and courage.On the background of the growing aging problem, this paper attempts to use kinds ofresearch methods such as comparative analysis, exemplification, induction, data Stat andliterature summarization, to analysis the main problems of China’s pension management,provides new ideas and suggestions for its reformation. The first part is chapter1, in thefirst part, an introduction is given to simply review the background, significance and thelatest domestic and foreign progress of the related fields of the research. The second part ischapter2, this part gave the definition of Pension Management, and introduced thetheoretical foundation for the further analysis. The third part is the main part of this paper,includes chapter3-6. Chapter3introduced the developing process and the current situationof pensions in China and introduced the international pension management experiences bydrawing upon the experiences of some countries such as Chilean and the U.S; starting fromhistorical background and current conditions, chapter4studied the main problems as wellas the reasons of pension management in our country; Chapter5provided ways to reformand put forward reform measures based on review of concerned theories and viewpoints,and existing research results talked in chapter3; Chapter6is "a summary and perspective of Chinese farmland institution", prospected the development of the subject and theresearch focal point in the future.
