| The year2013has witnessed many business failures in China. So many enterprises have had very bad performance. The competitive environment home and abroad has been harsher and harsher for them. Enterprises, especially retailers are in desperate need to take measures to promote their executive strength to survive this kind of extreme cold. The researchers are from either the managers or the scholars, people used different perspectives to research on executive strength. However, these researches are either used a non-quantitative method or only measured the importance of all kinds of factors affecting executive strength. What is more, research on executive strength using a quantitative method is so spare that it cannot form a system. In addition, it is a pity that existed researches on executive strength are all applying to all industries, but not only for retailers. Thus, research on retailers’executive strength is a blank area. And this paper which has chosen the perspective of personal education process and has using a quantitative method to research the executive strength for retailers has had big significance in practice.In order to research on the method to promote execution strength of enterprise, this paper has selected a special perspective, personnel education process, and it has taken the practical situation in Retailers into consideration. The most critical part of this paper is that it has chosen a quantitative perspective. In total, this paper has researched on the definition of execution strength, and has made the variation design for execution strength, and has weighted and analyzed different influencing factors, as a result, it found out that personnel education process is one of the most important factors for execution strength promotion. Thus, this paper researched the promotion of execution strength from the perspective of personnel education process. What is more, it built the Correlation model successfully between execution strength and personnel education process by taking Wal-Mart, one of the biggest retailers in the world for example, then it did association analysis. This paper not only did theory analysis, but also did a lot of market research, and used the combined research method of qualitative and quantitative for all its research model. Finally, in order to verify the correctness of the theory and apply it into practice, this paper has brought out several solutions from the perspective of personnel education process for execution strength promotion in Wal-Mart, which are all based on the theory model and research results of this paper. |
