The Research Of Safety Execution For Special Operation Personnel In Coal Mine

In the production process of coal mine, the safety effects varies largely under thesame operating environment and safety conditions, becase of the differentce among thesafety execution of specical operation personnel.Therefore it’s urgent to improve thesafety execution of special operation personnel to guarantee safety production.Thetheses following the logic thread “structure—evaluation—identification—intervention”.Taking special operation personnel in coal mine as study subject, and combining withthe oretical deduction and investigation interview, it puts forward the safety executiondiamond model.This paper uses the method of cluster random sampling to obtaineffective sample, and takes Spss17.0&Amos7.0&Matlab7.0as the tool for statisticalanalysis so as to test the diamond models, evaluates and identificates the safetyexecution level. The main conclusions are as follows:⑴Build the safety execution model for special operation personnel.This paperdetermines the safety execution diamond model and draws up the questionnaires bymeans of literature review and interview analysis; tests the diamond model throughexploratory and confirmatory factor analysis.The reliability and validity ofquestionnaires meet the requirements of psychometrics, it shows that special operationpersonnel’safety execution mainly includes safety responsibility, safety spirit, safetypsychological quality, safety skill and safety habit.⑵Evaluate and identificatthe safety execution level.Firstly,accourding to thesafety execution structure model,determines the evaluation elements and weights ofsafety execution.Then modifies and evaluates the safety execution by using of combinesynergism and symbiosis.Lastly,this paper introduces warning clolrs according to theevaluation grade to identificat each element and overall safety execution level.⑶Proposingthe intervention measures of safety execution for special operationpersonnel.Thourgh the training project and the promotion of safety execution based onorganization and the guarantee mechanism of the promotion for safety execution.
