With the development of Chinese agricultural industry, organizational modelshave undergone tremendous changes, the traditional mode of producting began toshift to specialized product, decentralized operation and management began to changeinto intensive operations and management, a variety of agricultural industrializationcooperation patterns, especially farmers’ cooperatives appears. In recent years,Chinese farmer cooperatives have been in rapid development and began to become animportant role in connecting millions of households with the ever-changing market.However, the development of farmers’ cooperatives are facing many problems,difficulties of financing has become a bottleneck, which affecting the survival anddevelopment of farmers’ cooperatives. At present, a large number of professionalcooperatives can not get loans from formal financial institutions,to solve which needto explore affecting factors of the cooperatives’ formal credit facilities. This requiresus to understand China’s capital demand of farmers’ cooperatives and theory of theinternal mechanism of the impact on the farmers’ cooperatives credit facilities, whichboth has important theoretical significance and practical significance for thepromotion of farmer cooperatives.On this basis, the paper first reviews theories of credit facilities for the farmers’professional cooperatives and credit facilities influencing factors; Secondly, wechoose intangible assets, the leader’s experience, relations between the bank andexternal environmental factors as the affecting factors to be tested; Finally, with thedata from215farmers’ cooperatives from Linyi of Shandong Province, we make aempirical analysis of factors that affect the access to credit from the formal financialinstitutions. The results show that there is a big gap in the credit supply of formalfinancial institutions for farmers’ cooperatives, which can not meet the needs offarmers’ cooperatives. a considerable number of cooperatives can not obtain creditsupport, the interest rates,structures and the deadline offered by the formal financialinstitutions can not fully meet the credit requirements of the cooperatives.we also prove that intangible assets, the relations with the bank, external environment couldsignificantly affect the formal financial credit support farmers’cooperatives.
