Farmers’ Specialized Cooperative is a mutual economic organization based on rural household contract, which consists of the same farm product operators and providers and users of similar service of agricultural production and operation obeying the rules of voluntary association and democratic management. Now with the continuous development of Farmers’ Specialized Cooperative, more and more people realize that Farmers’ Specialized Cooperative organization not only conforms to the historical trend of agricultural development in most countries in the world, it is the realistic choice to accelerate agricultural industrialization, raise the level of agricultural development and promote the development of agricultural marketing for our country. However, we must see clearly the fact. While Farmers’ Specialized Cooperative organization continued to develop and grow, it is just in the primary stage of development, and social service provided is still quite limited. This situation has something to do with the problems which appears in the process of development, especially the shortage of funds and financing problems. This research will take the credit ability of Farmers’ Specialized Cooperative of Fujian province as a starting point, take the relevant research results by information retrieval as the basis of the research, complete questionnaire surveys of a certain number of leading persons of cooperative, give statistical analysis according to the data, in order to clear the factors affecting the credit ability of Farmers’ Specialized Cooperative and size the degree of influence, and put forward the improvement of the credit ability of Farmers’ Specialized Cooperative according to the conclusions of the analysis, providing reference for promoting the development of farmers’ specialized cooperatives.
