Under the background of the era of knowledge and information,highly creative knowledge employees have become the most active nucleus in the enterprise innovation system,and innovation is a key elements for an organization to maintain sustained competitiveness.For this reason,how to improve the innovation performance of knowledge-based employees through effective channels is one of the great challenges that enterprises must face in their human resource management practices.Based on this,this article attempts to explore the impact of this flexible implementation of soft control and psychological guidance on the innovation performance of knowledge workers from the perspective of flexible incentives.Based on the relevant domestic and foreign literature data,the study draws on existing research results,and proposes a measurement scale of flexible incentives,organizational support,organizational commitment,and knowledge-based employee innovation performance.It is collected through a questionnaire survey.The 511 valid questionnaires examined the relationship between the four variables.And it is included in the same model to explore the mechanism of the impact of flexible incentives on the innovation performance of knowledge workers,and to analyze the mediating role of organizational support and organizational commitment.It verified the significant positive effects of flexible incentives and knowledge workers' innovation performance on the overall and dimension levels,and the mediating role of organizational support and organizational commitment in the relationship between flexible incentives and knowledge worker innovation performance.The study believes that in order to build and improve the flexible incentive mechanism,the knowledge worker's enthusiasm,initiative and creativity will be stimulated,and the knowledge worker's innovation performance will be promoted.The management departments and managers of the enterprises can take the following measures:Strengthen the creation and improvement of the flexible organizational incentive mechanism;Provide diversified training and career development paths;Design flexible performance incentives;Strengthen spiritual incentives.
