The Study Of The Implement Of Trade In Producer Service On The Developing Of Manufacturing Industry

The manufactory of China has been famous for low factor price for a long time and thus has the comparative advantage and becomes the central of manufactory industry worldwide. However, with the rapid growing and the increasing of prices in labor and land market, the traditional advantages of manufactory in China has gradually be such as Brazil and India southeast Asia and South America in developing countries such as the risk of replace. In order to improve the tremendous pressure faced by Chinese manufactory industry, trade in producer service sector which plays a supportive role should be added into the manufacturing process. Therefore, from two aspects of theory and empirical analysis of trade in producer service influence on the traditional manufacturing industry has the important practical significance.First, the article based on the carding domestic and foreign scholars of related research, through the summarization and analysis of specialization theory, value chain theory, transaction cost theory and the theory of comparative advantage, states that productive service trade could be useful supplement of producer service, the efficiency and growing of manufacturing industry could be improved through technology overflow, reducing manufacturing and production costs and improving human and knowledge capital. Then the article describes the current situation trade in producer service and manufacturing industry: first analysis the cross-border trade in producer service and the productive service industry foreign investment of the overall and different industry, then analysis manufacturing overall and industry internal structure.Based on the theory and present situation, from the industry perspective, the article uses panel data and multiple regression analysis method to analysis the impact of two ways of producer service imports on manufacturing productivity. Research results indicate that: first, for manufacturing industry, both cross-border import and commercial presence imports could increase productivity, however, cross-border import has better effects in improving efficiency; second, for the manufacturing industry with three different factors intensity, cross-border imports has best effect on capital intensive manufacturing industry, and better effect on labor intensive manufacturing industry; third, commercial presence imports works for labor and capital intensive manufacturing industry, but technology intensive manufacturing production efficiency not through the test of significance.Finally, the article brings five policy suggestions based on previous analysis. First, pay attention to trade in producer service on manufacturing pull role. Second, reasonable relaxing producer services opening up. Third, optimize the development of domestic productive service industry. Fourth, increase the manufacturing of fixed assets investment. Fifth, establish and improve the trade in producer service related laws.
