Development of market economy does not transfer to the will of the people, the competition has gone beyond the product, non-product competition has been placed in a prominent position, good corporate image has become a sharp weapon for the company to increase sales and overcome strong opponents. The community and the enterprise itself have given close attention. Rising of the green voices and green demand in the world, research green image of the shape becomes more important. Research green corporate image is of great significance to promote sustainable social and economic development, promote the transformation of economic growth mode from extensive to intensive, encourage enterprises to better carry out international operations. However, due to the late start of China’s green corporate image, and economic, technical infrastructure is weak, regardless of the theoretical research and management practices, China is in the initial stage. Although some theoretical results and some cases of the successful practice have been made, we must realize that there are many unresolved issues in the shape of green corporate image and the building green corporate image recognition system implementation. Many enterprises only attach importance to research and development and sales of green products, does not concern the establishment of other green enterprises module. Most enterprises are only shouted the slogan of the green, not really implement the green concept. Most companies just build a green brand, not yet aware of the shape of green corporate image to protect the long-term development of the enterprise, but also did not notice the economic efficiency of enterprises and social ecological benefits. In this paper, on the basis of the analysis of corporate image and corporate image recognition system theory, we will combine the green consumer market environment and the green consumers, focus on the construction of green corporate image recognition system, to explore the shape of the green corporate image, in order to be able to have their own green competitiveness of Chinese enterprises in the era of green competition.
