Huangshan City is a key tourist cities of China, So the establishment of an international tourist city, has become an inevitable choice for their future forward. Therefore, the measure of urban tourism competitiveness development status becomes very important. Only clearly know their own location, their can indicate the direction for the future of international development.Huangshan City is a key tourist cities of China, it has unique natural and cultural environment created variety and high grade tourism resources. Since the reform and opening up, Huangshan City is relying on its own high-quality tourism resources, make tourism become an important pillar of the national economy and the largest industry. Huangshan has become the high-end tourist city and the degree of internationalization also greatly strengthens. Relying on government, organizational groups and the strong support of the masses, the urbanization process of Huangshan City accelerated and the rapid increase in the level of economic development, making the degree of internationalization greatly improved, but due to the lack of theoretical guidance and overall concept of the system, the trade-off is still time occur, such as one-sided emphasis on the expansion and upgrade of the construction of scenic spots, tourism service facilities, invested too little in terms of urban construction and so on. We can see Huangshan City till has a long way to go from "the goal of the international tourist city. Huangshan City needs to study the overall international tourist city construction standards and road construction. To further explore the international market, and understand international tourism development status, Huangshan City must place clear their own location. By combing the research literature, this paper uses quantitative analysis and builds a city of international tourism development competitiveness evaluation index system to analysis26hot tourist cities. The use of quantitative analysis to build a index system of measuring the competitiveness of tourism internationalization, indicators quantitative analysis of26important tourism cities. By comparing to the26important tourism cities, can get the international development competitiveness status quo of Huangshan Tourism.Tourism has large potential competitiveness of tourism internationalization,but the reality of competitiveness becoming the bottleneck constraints (the Huangshan City has high quality and rich tourism resources, first-class ecological environment and weak competitiveness of the tourism industry, a lack of international marketing, low economic openness, international tourist talent shortage, etc.) In summary, Huangshan should be aware of its advantages and disadvantages in international development and formulate targeted and feasible development strategies.
