In the increasingly fierce competitive environment, in order to maintain a competitive advantage in the market to achieve sustainable development, we must rely on innovation as a core business growth. Innovation activities are often the result of the role of individuals, teams and all levels of the organization factors. Worker as the basic unit of enterprise innovation, their innovative behavior has become an important part of the organization innovation process. Of course, not all employees of the enterprise innovation will play the same role, human resource in science and technology as a strategic business innovation resources and innovation body, plays a major role in the innovative behavior.Of course, in order to obtain good innovation, companies need to continue to inspire the innovation of human resource in science and technology from all aspects, and the behavior of employees is mostly affected by the leader. Due to the accelerated pace of technology updates and changes in the markets, companies need a leadership that has an effective implementation of change and innovation to adapt quickly to changes in external environment. At this point, with what kind of leadership style leader can stimulate innovative behavior of employees to make it more responsive to changes in the environment, the processes and mechanisms of leadership style affects employee innovation behavior is specific and what these problems are worthy of study and exploring in management practices.This study analyzed the relationship between charismatic leadership and human resource in science and technology’s innovation behavior, and to explore the process and mechanism of charismatic leadership impact of human resource in science and technology’s innovation behavior. After the questionnaire survey of enterprises in Anhui and other places, we collect a large number of first-hand data, and these data empirical analysis results show that human resource in science and technology’s innovation behavior has positively affected by charismatic leadership as well as organizational knowledge sharing, and the influence charismatic leadership on human resource in science and technology’s innovation behavior has produced by the organizational knowledge sharing.The article is divided into five chapters:The first part is an introduction. This section introduces the research background and to study the core problem, significance, research ideas and methods, as well as the possibility of innovation.The second part is a review of literature. This section focuses on charismatic leadership, knowledge sharing, innovative behavior, as well as variable indicators research literature review and combing.The third part of the study design. Based on the review of literature, this part proposes the hypothesis of research and to build a research framework, select objects and measurement tools, the design of the questionnaire and conducted a questionnaire survey.The fourth part is the empirical analysis. According to the questionnaire sample data, the reliability and validity of the test questionnaires, analyze the status of charismatic leadership, human resource in science and technology’s innovation behavior and organizational knowledge sharing, to examine those three variables differences in personal property variable, verify that the charismatic leadership of the impact of science and human resource in science and technology’s innovation behavior, and knowledge sharing in this relationship between the two intermediary role.The fifth part is to study the conclusions, recommendations and prospects. This section makes a general conclusion for this study, put forward relevant management recommendations, this study also shows shortcomings, pointed out the direction for future research in this field.
