| Auto industry has become an important impetus of economic development in China, provides a new growth point for the development of national economy. After reform and opening up, China’s automobile industry developed rapidly and gradually formed a relatively complete industrial system, become a pillar industry of our country. Anhui automobile industry after more than forty years of development, has formed a relatively complete industrial chain and independent brand advantage. At present, the auto industry in anhui province has become the province’s pillar industry, promoted the entire province economic growth and increased employment in the’ province. However, anhui automobile industry still is given priority to with mid-range products, the overall level remains to be improved. Anhui province at present is the only one with two independent innovation brand chery and jac provinces, have a certain innovation ability, but the whole auto industry research and development investment is still relatively small, most of auto parts enterprises don’t have the ability to develop the synchronization with the host, and auto parts products mainly rely on the technology of high and new technology introduction. In view of this, this paper analyses the problems existing in the automobile industry in anhui province, combining the theory of industrial foundation, build anhui automobile industry technological leapfrogging model of the path. This paper can not only provide new countermeasures to improve the current situation of auto industry in anhui province, to promote anhui automobile industry constantly improve the technology innovation level, at the same time can also provide new train of thought for issues related to research, enrich the research results in related field.First of all, this paper defines the concept of technological leapfrogging and industrial technology leapfrogging, then through reviewing and summarizing domestic and foreign relevant industry technology across and technological leapfrogging theory and the literature, analysis and theoretical demonstration industry technology across the industry to promote technology level, and provides theory foreshadowing for subsequent model study.Secondly, through the comparison of historical data analysis methods to analyze the current situation of auto industry in anhui province and the existing problems, and combined with the industry’s technological leapfrogging theory basis, whether according to the orbit change, divided into orbit following type and track changes to the path of the two leading enterprise technological leapfrogging model. For the technological trajectory following type path model according to the continuous or not is divided into continuous technological trajectory following path model and technological trajectory following jumping path. On this basis, build a spiral propulsion technology across the path model of industry. In combination with anhui automobile industry status quo and existing problems, and then build anhui automobile industry technological leapfrogging model of the path.Finally, based on the status quo of anhui automobile industry and the existing problems on how to implement the path of the technological leapfrogging, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of anhui automobile industry technology across the path.
