The Research On Investment Efficiency Of Macroeconomic In Henan Province

Investment is regarded as main driving force for the development of economic. The efficiency of investment has effect on quantity of economic as well as quality of economic. With the rapid growth of investment, it is believed that the increase of the efficiency of investment has become an important way to promote economic growth. As an inland province, investment is always the main driving force for the development of economic in Henan province. With the foundation of Central Plains Economic Region (CPER), the scale of investment is being expanded. Under such condition, it has Positive realistic significance to study the macroeconomic investment efficiency in Henan and explore the influence factors for the Purpose of distributing resources properly, giving Play to the function of capital into the greatest extent, and guaranteeing the economy increasing continuously.This thesis makes a systematic and overall research to the macroscopical investment efficiency of Henan province from two respects of total amount and structure, choosing the time and cross section sequence of the statistical annual for many years of Henan province as the data resource, on the theoretical basis of macroeconomics, regional economics, industry’s economics and the theory of investment. The thesis has four parts as follow:1. Determination of efficiency of investment in Henan province. The efficiency of investment efficiency were measured and analyzed by ICOR, K/Y, I/Y and CES Production function. Through ICOR, K/Y and I/Y, it is found that the growth of economic in Henan was stable and slow during1990and2004; but during2005and2011, a rapid growth of economic but with low efficiency occurs. By studying the CES production function, it is found that the capital utility efficiency in Henan province is poor; the value of TFPG is small, which means the technical factors have gradually enhanced and slow changed role in promoting economic growth in Henan Province. The economic growth in Henan Province is kind of extensive growth mode.2. The relationship between efficiency of investment and economic growth in Henan Province. It is found that the higher the efficiency of investment, the higher the rate of economic growth; the higher the contribution to economic growth of efficiency of investment, the higher economic grows. It has practical significance to improve investment efficiency in Henan Province on the contribution to economic growth.3. The factors affecting the efficiency of investment in Henan Province. The scale of investment, the investment structure, investment system and technological progress and other factors affect the macroeconomic investment efficiency in Henan Province were studied. Especially the low technical level and management level have the negative impact on the efficiency of investment.4. Methods to improve the macroeconomic investment efficiency in Henan Province. We have figure out how to improve the efficiency of macro investment in Henan Province by controlling investment scale, adjusting the investment structure, optimizing and improving the investment system, improving the level of science and technology to strengthen the ability to cope with external shocks.
