In recent years,The Mobile Communication Technology of China has developed quickly.The domestic mobile phone are more alike.The competition of the mobile phone industry is fierce.In this trend,the importance of mobile phone marketing channels are becoming more and more significant.Because of its own limits the traditional pyramid marketing channels can’t satisfy the needs of marketing competition.The mobile phone marketing channels are becoming more and more complicated and present lots of problems. Such as,the system of marketing channels is muddle,the profits of the mobile phone industry reduce quickly,the conflicts of marketing channels are increasing and the pattern of traditional mobile phone agents are disappearing quickly and so on.The traditional mobile channels agency,which was the major competitor ever,has already lost its previous outlandish.The mobile phone agents are facing the big pressure of surviving and developing.The researched object of this essay is Hefei Hongfei Mobile Communication Company,which is a provincial agency company that agents the domestic mobile phone during the period of transition.With the quick development of Gome,Suning,Xieheng and other mobile phone chairs and operators join in the mobile phone terminal sales by customizing mobile phone.The traditional mobile phone channels are being replaced by the large home appliance chain stores and mobile phone chain stores.The flat and diversification of marketing channels has already become necessary tendency.How to choose the effective marketing channels reduce the channels cost,and not to be eliminated in the marketing competition,which are the major problems that the company has to face.Especially in the3G era,researching the changes of mobile marketing channels can guide the company practical operation.At the same time,which can give some advice to other mobile phone agents and companies which operates mobile phone business.I hope these enlightenments and advice can help them walk out of predicament.This thesis summarizes on the study of mobile phone marketing channel theory, analyzing the model of Hefei Hongfei Communication Companys marketing channel based on the theory. By practical investigation and study, objective material is procured and the situation of the company’s marketing channel is further understood. Summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of the market channel to make measures to improve it and reinforce the management of the quantification on its market channel.This passage is divided into5parts. The introduction part gives information about the background of the subject, its meaning,its train of thought,study method and content.The second part summarizes the result of marketing channel study from home and abroad.The third is based on the situation of domestic mobile phone marketing channel, probing into the proceeding of Hefei Hongfei Communication Companys development and its mobile phone-s model and situation of marketing channel, ensuring the strategy of diversification.The forth is to put forward tactics to improve the situation and strive for the model of channel to develop creatively.The last part is the conclusion of the study.Through customized mobile phones intervention handsets by strong momentum.
