The Research On The Impact Of Climbing Up Program On Original Innovation In China

It’s very important to improve the ability of original innovation for social and economic development in our country. Now we had expended vast amounts of manpower and material resources by setting up projects of national program, but the ability of original innovation is still weak.On basis of this, the paper aims to research the positive influence of Climbing up Program to original innovation. It analyzed the number of projects, personnel in projector group, arranged funds, achievement and so on. In the paper, the amounts of National Award for Natural Sciences were used to illustrate the promotion of fundamental research, the amounts of the state technological invention award were used to illustrate the promotion of basic application research, and the amounts of the state highest science and technology prize were used to illustrate the promotion of science and technology capability.Lastly, the paper put forward some suggestions on how to make full use of projects of national program to promote the development of original innovation.
