With the continuous development of organization market, the organization customers of each enterprise become the main profit contributor, the resource allocation of organize customer gradually become the important part of customer relationship management, and they are the important guarantee of enterprise profit Based on this, the main research contents and results are as follows:(1) Classifies the marketing resources based on the characteristics of organization customer and enterprise marketing resourcesThis paper first explains the connotation of the organization customer from the characteristics of enterprise customer relationship management activities and organization customer. Then with the literature research, first summarizes the past general situation under which organization customer classification management work in enterprise, we think that the enterprise should not only consider their own profits, also need to consider the effectiveness of organization customer. At the same time, through the different angle to the classification of the marketing resources, the marketing resources are divided into two types:the customer get resources and customer sustain resource, lays the foundation of the construction of enterprise benefit and customer utility double target optimization allocation of resources model below.(2) construct the enterprise benefit and customer utility double target optimization resource allocation model based on the classification of the enterprise marketing resourcesBased on the detailed analysis of the previous relevant resource allocation model methods, choose the mature pareto optimal solution and cobb-douglas production function as the theoretical basis of constructing double goal programming model. Includes (1)the consumers function. According to the economics basic utility theory, to construct the consumer function, gives the relationship between customer utility and the number of resource he got.(2) the producer function. The purpose of the enterprise is getting profit, combining the production function and the income function, construct the enterprise profit function.(3) the quality of service (QoS) has been introduced. Enterprise allocate resources for customers in order to achieve a balanced, but the number of distribution may not conform to the number customer expect, therefore, the introduction of the concept of service quality, make sure enterprise resource allocation as close as possible to the number of customers’needs, ensure the efficiency of resource allocation.(3)with MATLAB software, separately using linear weighted sum method and target to achieve method and comprehensive use of two methods.to simulate the resource allocation modelFirst of all establish an example with the background for the communications industry. Consider a telecom operator group customer department need to carry on the reasonable decision of using marketing resources, customers involved are two organization customers who are obvious different from each other. Then introduced the basic form of the linear weighted sum method and target to achieve method, and their solving process, separately and comprehensive use them to get the solution of the known example, found that when QoS keeps a certain value, the model can obtain optimal solutions. At the same time fit the results of three methods, with the comparison of the fitting results that we think using the two methods together will get better effect.
