With more and more role in promoting economy growth, small and medium-sizedenterprises (SMEs) as important part of Chinese economy have contributed enormouslyto solving the employment and improving the quality of People’s living. However,SMEs have trapped in the difficulties of financing which is always solved well. As avery important source of SME financing, commercial banks aren’t good at SMEs toprovide strong financial support (FS). Actually eliminating those bottlenecks is not onlya challenge, but also opportunity. In such circumstances, this paper gives suggestion thatAgriculture bank of China (ABC) Suzhou Branch makes measure to achieving awin-win situation. Therefore, research of the strategy and risk management in SMEs’financing support can be helpful as the settlement of practical problem.Starting with present status of SMEs’ FS and the policy of ABC Suzhou branch,this paper analyses wholly the factors and causes which is both led to by SMEs’ ownweakness and the imperfect financial system and the blank existing law as well as the macroscopic elements. Then based on the financing strategy from ABC Suzhou Brach,this paper researches in the situation and points out the ways and method which isconsidered to financing. Finally, through verifying the risks generated in the financingbusiness in ABC Suzhou branch, this article demonstrates the countermeasure againstthose effecting, which can help getting mutual benefits during next period.
