Research On XBRL-based Application Of Internet Financial Report In China

With the rapid economic development, the traditional financial reporting can not meet social enterprise demand for financial information. Extensible Business Reporting Language Based on the second generation of Web markup languages bring the gospel to the company’s financial reports, it not only solved the financial data exchange difficult, difficulty of analysis of financial information, but also bring back to the parties in the chain of financial information more effective, accurate, real-time data. The new technology has brought benefits to the information users.This paper uses the method of descriptive and normative research. In this context, this paper studies on extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) and elaborated on the basis of financial reporting based on XBRL technology network theory, and finds the following problems: First, XBRL lacks of knowledge; Second, R&D and technology is still relatively backward; Third, XBRL classification system has not been perfect; Fourth, party risks and cost-effectiveness of financial information; Fifth, the reserve of professionals and mechanism is not perfect; Sixth, the quality of the information and security issues; and put forward the Solutions to the targeted Problems:Increase the research and advocacy of XBRL, and strengthen the awareness of it; Invest more human and material resources to strengthen the research and development of XBRL technology; To further improve XBLR classification standards; Improvement measures to reduce risk in the financial information providers; To strengthen the XBRL training of personnel and reserve and found personnel training system; Strengthen information security, improve the quality of the information.Through the solution to these existing problems, the development of XBRL in China will be more standardization, and this will enhance efficiency, save social resources in better, promote economic development in a greater extent.
