Dynamic Research Of Performance Evaluation Of Northwest Listed Companies Based On Entropy Weight And TOPSIS

The listed company, as the most typical representative of modern joint-stock company, gradually becomes the dominant force in market economy activities and occupies more and more important position in development of the national economy. With the guide and support of west development strategy, the northwest pecuniary condition obtains continuous improvement and exhibits strong tendency of development. The listed company, as leading fore of each industry, makes great contributions to the development of regional economy.With the improvement and development of market economy system, performance evaluation gets more and more attention in economic sphere and becomes a new practical activity for companies under the globalization environment. Financial evaluation indexes are very important in performance evaluation system, and at the same time, non-financial factors also have a great influence, such as ownership structure, the structure of the board of directors, management incentive and the protection of the interests of investors. Therefore, overall merit can show actual and effective performance of the company.This paper will use entropy weight and TOPSIS synthetically. By means of performance evaluation and comparative analysis, we can know northwest listed companies’comprehensive strength and position, and get the industries’ performance trend and competitive power in regional economies.
