| Since China became a member of WTO, Chinese companies started to meet new opportunities&new challenges. As more and more Chinese companies start to do business in Asia-wide or world-wide, they start to face stronger and stronger challengers&more and more difficulties. Especially for SMES (Small and Middle-sized Enterprises in short), as their history are short&management experience are limited and their resources are limited (including financial resources&human resources) too, how to keep survival and develop their businesses in this market environment became an important question to answer. From above examples we could get that organization culture is the soft power of an enterprise. Organization cultures supply competitiveness and power to keep enterprises developing.XX company is one of the outstanding SMES in Pearl River Delta in South China. XX company has kept developing in good speed and become bigger and bigger during past several years. How to keep the speed of the enterprise development and help the company win better performance become an urgent question to answer. This paper analysised XX company, indentified XX company hasn’t spend enough resource in enterprise culture building, pointed out the importance for XX company’s enterprise culture building. Basing on this background, this paper used enterprise culture building theory, introduce the content and structure and method for enterprise culture building. Used the theory and analysised the fact then issued out a correct and realistic plan for XX company to carry out with the purpose to help XX company win better performance in future. |
