The precise marketing is based on customer segmentation accurating position, and finds the difference of customer demand different. Its purpose is to reduce the marketing cost, improving the efficiency of marketing, and the marketing combination of strong. The precise marketing finds the tendency of the different needs of customers and different consumption, relying on the technology of data mining, data warehouse, OLAP and other means, using clustering method, correlation analysis method, decision tree and predict customer consumption tendency, to find the law of consumer, assist in the development of marketing strategy.This paper embarks from the reality, in-depth analysis of Feixian County Unicom3G business development environment and status, investigation and study of Feixian Chinaunicom company’s3G business development present situation, pointed out that the current situation of Feixian Chinaunicom company’s3G business development and the insufficiency, provide scientific support for the accurate marketing decision on Feixian Chinaunicom company’s3G business the next step.Based on the above research, the thesis presents a data mining-based Feixian Chinaunicom company’s3G user churn prediction model, obtained with different characteristics of the loss of users group classification, so as to formulate precise marketing strategies, to provide a precise marketing strategy provides the basis for the loss of different user groups, marketing personnel to develop feasible retention programmes to retain customers, reduce business losses caused by the customer churn reference.
