This research tries to use the theories of marketing to study the method and the application of precise marketing base in data mining. Besides, the paper discussed the inevitability and need for the telecommunication operator developing precise marketing by contacting to the marketing actuality and the matter of telecommunication operator at present. This research used lots of data and analysis to discuss the effect and application for the precise marketing base in data mining in customers' segmentation, analysis of customers' behavior and marketing planning, etc. At last , by studying the case that a filiale of CMCC designed telecommunication price in using precise marketing, the paper dissertated the precise marketing's important effect for the telecommunication operator in improving customer relations and advancing competition ability. |
