In recent years,with the development of science and technology,China has entered the era of big data."Big Data" has become the core competitiveness of IT and even traditional enterprises.Through insights into the logic,law,correlation and trend behind the data,we can better grasp the market environment,operation management,forecast customer needs,help enterprises to discover potential business laws,predict business profit models,and provide the correct basis for decision-making.On December 4,2013,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially issued 4G licenses to the three major operators,which not only provide traditional voice services,but also provide comprehensive services such as fiber broadband,Mobile Smart phones,data traffic services.The three major operators with mass customer communication data have started data mining and turned to "precise,differentiated,personalized" precision marketing,hoping to seize the lead in the coming era of intelligence.Broadband service is the core business of China Telecom.Before entering the 4G era,it was the highest revenue source.In the DG broadband market,China Telecom once occupied 80% of the market share.However,with the liberalization of the national broadband service market,China Mobile launched a price war,private capital,and even all kinds of "black broadband" influx,DG City China Telecom broadband monopoly position was broken,broadband business continued to grow negative,broadband share continued to decline.For DG China Telecom,it is more important than developing new customers that how to preserve the stock of broadband users,achieve accurate marketing,early warning and prediction,and reduce the loss.Based on the current operating situation and existing problems of China Telecom Company in DG City,this paper discusses the importance and necessity of developing precise marketing in telecom enterprises,analyzes the causes of the loss of broadband services,finds out the shortcomings of services,digs and learns through historical data analysis,and combines the business rules and customers of current broadband services.Network behavior,with the theory,technology and method of decision tree machine learning,trains and generates a broadband service early warning loss model,excavates potential customers who intend to leave the network,and establishes a project team for customer care and a case-by-case tracking retention,so as to achieve the purpose of customer retention and reduce customer churn.
