In the past decade, China’s economy has maintained a high level of growth and the national income also had the very big promotion. With the improvement of the nation’s material and spiritual life level, and business people’s leisure time controllability enhancement, people’s life and consumption concept and traditional travel concept had changed. The Economy Hotel came into being, its popularity with the people has been rising, and advantage of development has become increasingly prominent. In the process of rapid development, brand building is very important. Based on the international and domestic background, this paper carried out a detailed analysis and evaluation of four listed companies on the brand niche-fitness, considering the perspective of ecology and the mainland of China hotel industry.The article selects four the listed Chinese Economy Hotels in as the sample and gives an empirical evaluation of Exonomy Hotel brand niche fitness, based on the demonstration, which is composed of four main dimensions of brand viability, brand expansion capacity, brand marketing capabilities and brand financial capability,The paper introduces brand niche theory into the Economy Hotel domain, and establishes the evaluation index system of brand niche fitness, with the practice on the basis of theoretical research, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative way to realize the Economy Hotels’brand niche fitness degree of summary and analysis of the evaluation. Then the article proposed strategies on enhancing Economy Hotels’brand niche fitness, and to provide meaningful value for the construction and development of China’s economy hotel brand.Through the research and analysis, we obtained the situation of the China Economy Hotels’brand niche fitness, and in the foundation of measuring domestic four listed Economy Hotel brand niche fitness score ranking to propose strategy of enhance our local Economy Hotels’brand niche. The Economy Hotels should enhance their sense of crisis and actively seek elTective ways based on themselves brand status, finally, to realize the sustainable development of China’s local Economy Hotel s’brand.
