Research On Layout Optimization Of Cigarette Regional Logistics Network

As a country with great tobacco production and consumption, China has formed a relatively large scale of the industry and a relatively complete industrial system which includes tobacco-growing industry, the tobacco manufacturing industry, the tobacco business, and related supporting industries. As an important part of the national industry system and an important source of tax revenue, the tobacco industry has a very important position in the national economy. But with the deepening of the national tobacco control work, the expectation of the cancellation of the tobacco monopoly, and the problems on cigarette brand building and regional logistics network, the tobacco industry is facing great pressure and challenges. How to deal with the challenges, how to solve development problems, how to practice the industry philosophy of "high-quality, efficiency, low-cost" and how to achieve the rapid development of the tobacco industry, are the problems to be solved.This paper bases on the current situation of the tobacco industry, cracks industry development problems by rationalizing the layout of cigarette regional logistics network, alters the cigarette logistics and distribution system partition which based on the prefecture and city level administrative regions with the partition of the provincial regions. The paper gives a brief introduction to the background and significance of the research, presents an introduction to the current research situation both domestic and abroad, and then gives a detailed elaboration on logistics network theory, integer programming and fuzzy theory. As the core of the research, quantitative and qualitative combining research methods, theory and practice combining method are used to study how to optimize the layout of cigarette regional logistics network. In detail, firstly, construct cigarette regional logistics network layout structure and layout model in use of integer programming by analyzing the related factors of cigarette regional logistics network layout. Secondly, establish the cigarette regional logistics network layout evaluation index system, which concludes3categories and12evaluations, by a reasonable selection and classification of cigarette regional logistics network layout evaluations. Thirdly, form comprehensive evaluation method which based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the analytic hierarchy process. Finally, take Shaanxi tobacco as an example, make an empirical research of Shaanxi cigarette regional logistics network layout optimization in the method of cigarette regional logistics network layout model and cigarette regional logistics network layout evaluation system. And put forward some solutions to several derivative problems which may occur after the optimizations.By optimizing the layout of cigarette regional logistics network, on the one hand, labor, vehicles, and corresponding costs will be reduced, the scale of modern logistics will be given full play in the field of tobacco logistics, and the dominant economic benefits will made. On the other hand, work flow will be optimized, management level will be improved, competitiveness of companies will be enhanced, and a good stealth economic benefits will made. At the same time, the study also provide some reference for the regional logistics network layout optimization of both inside and outside the tobacco industry.
